From the first meeting to moving day.
01 · Study1 - 2 weeks
We get to know each other.
First meeting at our studio, then at your home. Photographic survey, constraints, indicative budget. A couple of hours, no obligation.

The ideas take shape.
Layout, moodboard, materials, measurements. The project is defined in detail and technical drawings and renderings are prepared.

The workers on site.
Site opening, demolition, systems, finishes. Weekly on-site visit with photographic survey. You think about other things.

Delivery and assembly of furniture, textiles, designer lighting. The house is ready to be photographed.

Frequently asked questions
The things you ask us most often.
Yes, free and with no obligation. We listen to you in the showroom. By the time you leave, you'll already have a realistic budget range. If you then decide not to proceed, all the best - we'll never call to push you.
A single room: 4-8 weeks on site. A full apartment: 3-6 months. A villa: 6-12 months. It all depends on how invasive the work is, but by the time the project is signed off, we'll already have agreed the dates.
Yes, it's part of the service. CILA, SCIA, land registry filings, ENEA, APE: we take care of it with our partners.
Payments based on work progress, typically 40% - 30% - 30% for building work, 40% - 50% - 10% for furnishings and materials. For special supplies, we agree the terms together.
Not recommended for complete renovations: dust, noise and disconnected utilities make living there difficult. For partial work (just the kitchen or just the bathroom) it's often possible to organise the site in phases so the home stays usable.
Our core area covers the province of Cuneo and the French Riviera, between Menton and Nice, where we can follow every stage of the project, from design to site management. For the supply of materials and furnishings and their installation, however, we travel without particular limits: when the project calls for it, we organise ourselves to bring our expertise anywhere.
Call us. Ten-year structural warranty, two-year warranty on finishes and systems, as set out by law. We remain your point of contact for the first two years: if a light goes out, a cabinet won't open, or a tile cracks, we'll sort it out for you.
