The things you ask us most often.
Yes, free and with no obligation. We come to you, take measurements, listen, and ask questions. By the time we leave, you'll already have a realistic budget range. If you then decide not to go ahead, all the best — we'll never call to push you.
A single room: 4–8 weeks of building works. A full apartment: 4–7 months. A villa: 8–14 months. Once you sign the specification, you'll receive a schedule with firm dates, and we'll update you every Friday with photos and progress on the works.
Only if you request a change yourselves. The specification is fixed: materials, finishes, quantities and costs are set before the site work begins. If you decide you want parquet instead of porcelain stoneware, we'll quote it in writing straight away and you decide whether to go ahead. No "final surprises".
The only exception is hidden structural issues that couldn't be detected during the site visit (e.g. a deteriorated beam under the plaster). In that case, we call you, show you, and decide together.
Yes, it's part of the service. CILA, SCIA, land registry paperwork, ENEA, APE: all handled by our technical office. As for tax incentives (renovation bonus, ecobonus, earthquake bonus), we can apply the invoice discount when regulations allow, so you don't need to pay anything upfront.
Payments follow work progress. Typically: 20% on signing the specification, 30% when the site opens, 30% at the halfway point, 15% on delivery, 5% at final inspection after 30 days. No upfront balance at the start of works: you pay as you see the results.
Not recommended for full renovations: dust, noise and disconnected utilities make living there difficult. For partial work (just the kitchen or just the bathroom), it's often possible to organise the site in phases so the home stays usable. We'll discuss this during the site visit.
Our natural range is southern Piedmont and western Liguria, with regular sites in Cuneo, Turin, Alba, Savigliano, Alassio and Sanremo. For larger-scale projects, we can also work in the French Riviera and Milan, to be assessed case by case during the site visit.
You call us. Ten-year structural warranty, two-year warranty on finishes and systems, as required by law. Your PM remains your point of contact for the first two years: if a light goes out, a fitting won't open, or a tile cracks, we sort it out for you without you having to go through suppliers.
